Preparations of the raw materials
The raw materials have to be grinded through the 4 to 30 mm. hole plate, depending on the type of raw materials.
Raw materials and water has to be mixed in a ratio of 1:1, depending on raw materials and desired finish product.
For some raw materials heat treatment before hydrolysis will help to increase the yield and taste. |
